Ultrasonic Cleaners are available in various sizes and capacities. If the cleaning area requires a single dip or rinse, the single-stage ultrasonic is adequate. However, cleaning may require different processes – prewash, wash, rinse and dry. Certain parts may require dunking or even spray-washing. For this reason, ultrasonic cleaners are available in:

  • Stand-alone: Single-stage cleaning

  • Multistage (Prewash, Wash, Rinse and Dry): Ultrasonic cleaners are available in a variety of sizes and capacities. A single-stage ultrasonic cleaner is adequate if the cleaning area requires only one dip or rinse, but based on organizational cleaning requirements multiple stages may be required for cleaning certain parts – A prewash, wash, rinse and dry.

Ultrasonic cleaning is also categorised as multi-processes cleaning; meaning it has got multiple processes with different technologies – Sprain, Rinse, vibration or rotation. These can be coupled with Ultrasonics to produce intense, deep or Millipore level cleaning.
